We’ll start with uncovering your values and getting clarity on your vision, so you know what success looks like.

3.Personal Growth Track
You are the source of everything that happens in your business. You define what’s possible or what will happen.
Working on your own personal growth is the biggest lever you have in growing your business. And, for personal satisfaction too, I might add.
Everything scales from there. You bring yourself into every project and every working relationship. The whole team and culture mirrors you in every way.
Together we’ll explore your vision for your work, the world and your company. What’s the source you work from?
We’ll examine what your strengths are and what you find challenging. Where are you at your edge?
Learn how you process the world. Gain new perspectives on a challenging situations. How is it right? Where is it wrong? What’s the wisdom in your fear, neuroticism or anger? What would you advice from a more neutral position?
How can you design systems to mitigate your pitfalls so they hinder the organisation less? How can your team learn what come naturally for you so the organisation become less dependent on you.
→ Grow the business by growing yourself.
We’ll build further on each conversation. I’ll offer different types of exercises or homework in between.
In between the conversations, you’ll be able to test and experiment in real life to see what works.
We’ll discuss the ideal length of the track during our intake call based on the scope of your coaching question. We’ll reconsider half-way during the track.
Note, these are the three most common tracks I offer. But we can of course mix and match with the ingredients. We’ll co-design the track during our intake call.

Who am I?
I’ve trained and coached several hundreds of entrepreneurs over the last 8 years. I’ve studied many more. I’ve seen a lot of entrepreneurial journeys and have seen what works and what doesn’t.
Facilitating workshops and launching my own training programs around business strategy. Now, I’m (or have been) part of some of the better incubator programs in the country as a trainer and coach (the Business Model Challenge, Food Pioneers Program, Boost je Buurt Program with ImpactHub Amsterdam, Leergang Social Ondernemen of the Utrecht University, the Art-up Incubator and Cultuur Innovatiefonds Provincie Utrecht).
Coaching started out with informal sparring conversations and grew into a coaching practice. I’ve done two formal (and ICF accredited) coaching trainings: The Art of Developmental Coaching and The Power of Embodied Transformation with Coaches Rising.

I want to help both entrepreneurs with a larger as well as a smaller budget. Therefore, I offer 1 session pro bono each month. If you feel you could benefit from that, mention so in the 30-minute call and we’ll find you the next available time when I have space.

Guarantee
If for some reason, we missed it during the call, but during our first session we realise “wow, this isn’t working”, we’ll simply stop, perhaps laugh about it. We could look at it as wasted time, but there will be no strings attached.
